Quaint Garden Retreat
The Cottage’s garden was truly a hidden gem, just like stumbling upon a rare undiscovered forest. It was a tranquil haven where I could escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The scents of the flowers and the calming sound of birds chirping were like a soothing symphony for the soul.
Limited privacy due to unconventional bathroom arrangements.

The Old School Cottage was conveniently located just 41 km from the nearest airport, making it a perfect transit option during my travels. The database also provided accurate and helpful information about the cottage, allowing me to easily book my stay and plan my journey accordingly.
When I arrived at the cottage, I encountered a minor issue with the heating. The radiators were not working properly due to a timer malfunction, resulting in a chilly first night.

Stayed at a place that claimed to have free WiFi, but actually had it - shocker! Also, had the pleasure of sharing the property with strangers and their noise.
Absolutely loved the lack of privacy with see-through bathroom doors and curtains instead of real doors. Classy touch!

The cottage was impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. We loved the beautiful location, surrounded by peaceful scenery. the beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the owner was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely consider visiting again and would recommend it to others.
On arrival, we had a bit of a hiccup with the heating not working properly, which made our first night quite cold. the log burner wasn't a cost-effective option as the logs were quite expensive.
